On July 1, two more states will ban drivers from talking on a cell phone unless they use a hands-free device. The debate on whether these laws prevent accidents is sure to heat up.

- One armed persons can get driver's licenses, are we going to not allow this in the future? Police, fire, rescue and military persons talk on phones or radios routinely, do we stop this ? Trucker's and others have been talking on CB's for years and there has been no public outcry.

Are they going to ban 'conversations' in the car next?

Everybody at some time or other has seen 'someone' having an argument with someone else while driving. Isn't that distracting and dangerous?
